Four new members!

We've recently gained 4 new members!
AdrielsCreations.etsy.com is one of the new members.
Her shop contains lots of gorgeous jewelry worth checking out!
Below are some two of her many pieces.

Another new member is Vistahsoap.etsy.com! Her shop contains, well, soaps. They look absolutely lovely.
I will show the other two in a day or so!

Tucson!

We will now be including the Tucson area in our Team and will have two separate "districts" within our team. If you are in the Tucson area and would like to join, contact us at Southeastarizonaetsians@gmail.com .

We may also expand to other counties and areas of Southeast Arizona if there are people that would like to run meetings in their "district".

Monthly Challenges

Our monthly challenges will be themes to inspire us to craft. They are not mandatory, but are enjoyable and entries will be featured on this blog as well as my own.

Why enter the challenge?
1. Publicity for SEAZ
2. Inspiration and perhaps pushing your own boundaries
3. Publicity for YOU!

How to enter-

First you must be a member of Team SEAZ. Do join you must send an email to southeastarizonaetsians@gmail.com.

The item must be crafted for the challenge, previously listed items do not count.

You then must request blog authorship by contacting nightshadesart on Etsy. When you receive the request email you accept and become a blog author.

This will add SEAZ's blog to your blogger dashboard. Then click "New Post" and create a post with your username in the title. Add a photograph of the item, using the little landscape button to the right of the spell check button. Then add a little blurb about how it fits the challenge and any information you want to include about your shop, what it was made with, you, or anything else.

Then, and this is important, click SAVE but do not publish the post. The posts will be merged into one big challenge post and each item will be featured.

In the beginning..

This blog is a bit premature at the moment, but hopefully down the road, will be full of information concerning crafting and arts in Southern Arizona. We are currently standing at 7 members from various walks of life and different crafting backgrounds.
